Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unlawful, that part shall be severed without affecting the remaining Terms.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate this agreement at any time for violations.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and HoneyBug.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 20 - SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICIES

HoneyBug aims to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, all shipping and delivery timelines provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on product availability, shipping destination, carrier performance, and other factors beyond our control.

HoneyBug reserves the right to modify fulfillment timelines, shipping methods, and delivery expectations at any time. Delays may occur due to a variety of circumstances, including but not limited to: high order volumes, holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor shortages, or other events deemed force majeure (acts of God).

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

HoneyBug is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party vendors.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments based on availability.

We are committed to keeping you informed and will provide updates if we anticipate any significant delay in shipping your order.

SECTION 21 - RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for eligible products. Gift returns are eligible for store credit only and will not notify the gift giver. Personal purchases may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, less a $4.99 return shipping fee. Items must be unopened and in good condition.

Non-returnable items include bath, body, feeding, nursing, and personal care products, as well as sale items. Oversized items (furniture, climbing toys, strollers, etc.) are eligible for store credit only and subject to a 10% restocking fee. International returns will have the full original shipping cost deducted from the return total.

SECTION 22 - REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & STORE CREDIT

All refunds, cancellations, and credit requests are handled at HoneyBug’s sole discretion. In the event of delays, fulfillment issues, shipment interruptions, or other unanticipated operational challenges, weather, natural disasters or acts of God, HoneyBug reserves the right to issue store credit instead of a monetary refund.

In such instances, HoneyBug will attempt to contact the customer using the communication method provided at checkout. If the customer does not respond within the timeframe specified in that communication, HoneyBug reserves the right to close the order and issue store credit in full resolution.

Customers may request a monetary refund after store credit is issued if the situation falls outside of normal fulfillment — such as significant shipping delays exceeding 30 days. If the customer would still prefer a refund, they must notify HoneyBug, who will void the issued store credit and process a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders that are processed and delivered on time follow our standard return policy outlined in Section 21.

Orders may be canceled by HoneyBug at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing discrepancies, or fulfillment constraints.

SECTION 23 - PROMOTIONAL TERMS
Promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice. Only one promotional code may be used per order. Promotions may not be applied retroactively. HoneyBug reserves the right to deny application of promotional codes.

SECTION 24 - LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
HoneyBug is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or purchase of products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
